| 知识产权素养是国家实施人才强国战略和创新驱动发展战略背景下高校学生应该具备的基本素质。高校是知识产权素养教育的重要阵地,应承担起人才培养和知识产权保护的社会责任。本研究在调研高校图书馆知识产权素养教育现状的基础上,针对高校非知识产权专业学生,提出包括实践教学的载体、方式、机制3个核心维度的高校知识产权素养教育的实践教学路径,并针对不同培养阶段的学生提出个性化的实践教学方法,以期为推进高校图书馆知识产权素养的实践教学提供思路。 |

| To Intellectual property literacy is a fundamental quality that university students should possess under the background of implementing the national strategy of building a strong talent country and innovation driven development. University libraries are important platforms for intellectual property literacy education and should take the social responsibility of talent cultivation and intellectual property protection. Based on the investigation of the current situation of intellectual property literacy education in university libraries, this article proposes a practical teaching path for non-intellectual property major students in universities, including three core dimensions of “carrier-mode-mechanism”. Personalized practical teaching methods are also proposed for students at different cultivation stages, in order to provide ideas for systematically promoting the practical teaching of intellectual property literacy in university libraries from a practical perspective. |
