| 论文撤销是科研诚信治理的重要环节，其效用的发挥取决于对撤销原因的精准界定与规范应用。当前学术论文撤销原因在实践中存在术语使用混乱、原因归属模糊、功能定位偏差等现实问题，造成了撤销原因在实践中的失范与无序。本研究采用比较分析与案例研究相结合的方法，系统梳理并对比国内外典型的论文撤销相关规范，剖析学术论文撤销原因界定的标准化发展现状及其局限性。在此基础上，从分类体系构建、国家标准制定、术语知识库建设3个维度提出学术论文撤销原因界定的标准化实施策略，以期为构建标准化的学术论文撤销原因框架、优化论文撤销机制提供理论参考与实践路径。 |

| Retraction is a core link in the governance of scientific research integrity, and its effectiveness hinges on the precise definition and standardized application of the reasons for retraction. Currently, there are practical problems at the practical level regarding the reasons for retraction of academic papers,such as confused use of terms, ambiguous attribution of causes, and functional positioning deviations, which have led to the anomie and disorder of retraction reasons in practice. Adopting a combined method of comparative analysis and case study, this paper systematically sorts out and compares typical norms related to paper retraction at home and abroad, and analyzes the current situation and limitations of the standardization for defining reasons for retraction of academic papers. On this basis, the study proposes a standardization strategy for defining retraction reasons from three dimensions: the construction of a classification system, the formulation of national standards, and the development of a terminological knowledge base for retraction reasons. The aim is to provide theoretical references and practical pathways for establishing a standardized framework for academic paper retraction reasons and optimizing the paper retraction mechanism. |
