| 在数字化转型背景下，公共图书馆基于其社会公益属性与服务延伸职能，在为弱势群体提供健康信息服务方面发挥着重要作用。本研究以美国12家公共图书馆为调研对象，从资源建设、服务对象、常规健康信息服务和特色专项健康信息服务四个方面，系统梳理美国公共图书馆面向弱势群体的健康信息服务实践。在此基础上，总结美国公共图书馆弱势群体健康信息服务的特点，包括实行制度引领模式、完善服务保障体系，构建社区合作模式、聚焦用户差异需求，建立多元协同模式、夯实基础服务配置，探索多维创新模式、打造持续发展生态。借鉴上述经验，我国公共图书馆可从加强顶层设计、构建多层级个性化服务模式、夯实跨部门协同的服务基础、构建智慧健康信息服务体系等方面优化健康信息服务，切实提升面向弱势群体健康信息服务的可及性与公平性，推动健康信息服务向精准化、普惠化方向持续发展。 |

| Against the backdrop of digital transformation, public libraries, with their public-welfare orientation and extended service functions, play an important role in providing health information services for vulnerable groups. This study selects 12 public libraries in the United States as research cases and systematically examines their health information service practices for vulnerable groups from four dimensions: resource development, service recipients, routine health information services, and specialized health information services. Based on the findings, the study summarizes four major characteristics of these practices: institutional guidance supported by a sound service guarantee system, community-based cooperation oriented toward diverse user needs, multistakeholder collaboration with strengthened foundational service support, and multidimensional innovation for sustainable service development. Drawing on these experiences, Chinese public libraries can further optimize health information services by strengthening top-level planning, developing multi-level personalized service models, consolidating the foundation for cross-sector collaboration, and building intelligent health information service systems. These efforts will enhance the accessibility and equity of health information services for vulnerable groups and promote their development toward greater precision and inclusiveness. |
