| 农业科技服务数字化平台是连接政府、科研机构、企业与农户的重要枢纽,在促进农业科技成果转化与提升农业服务效率方面发挥日益重要的支撑作用。本研究以四川省农业科技服务数字化平台为研究对象,将其划分为政府主导型、科研机构主导型和企业主导型3种类型,并选取各类型平台的典型代表进行案例研究,系统识别平台发展的SWOT战略要素,构建SWOT–AHP综合评价模型;采用层次分析法对关键要素进行量化赋权,借助YAAHP(V12.3)软件完成权重计算,并结合SWOT战略定位模型确定平台发展战略方向;基于SWOT战略矩阵分析,从宏观战略引领、协同体系构建、数字鸿沟弥补、数据安全治理、多元投入机制完善5个方面提出平台发展对策。研究结论可为西部地区农业科技服务数字化平台建设及农业社会化服务体系完善提供理论依据与政策参考。 |

| The agricultural science and technology service digital platform serves as a critical hub connecting governments, research institutions, enterprises, and farmers, playing an increasingly vital supporting role in promoting the transformation of agricultural scientific achievements and enhancing agricultural service efficiency. Taking the agricultural science and technology service digital platform in Sichuan Province as the research object, this study classifies it into three types: government-led, research institution-led, and enterprise-led and conducts case studies on typical representatives of each type, systematically identifying SWOT strategic factors of platform development and constructing a SWOT-AHP comprehensive evaluation model. The analytic hierarchy process is employed to assign quantitative weights to key factors, with weight calculations performed using YAAHP (V12.3) software, and the strategic direction of platform development is determined in conjunction with the SWOT strategic positioning model. Based on the SWOT strategic matrix analysis, platform development strategies are proposed from five aspects: macro-strategic guidance, collaborative system construction, digital divide mitigation, data security governance, and improvement of diversified investment mechanisms. The research findings can provide theoretical foundations and policy references for the construction of digital platforms for agricultural science and technology services in western China and the improvement of the agricultural socialized service system. |
