| 本研究旨在通过梳理国内外可信数据空间研究成果，为该领域理论研究和实践发展提供参考。采用系统性文献综述法，从基础理论、机制与模式、应用领域、问题与治理、关键技术、发展路径6个方面综述研究进展。基础理论方面，可信数据空间存在多种定义，尚未形成共识，具有6个方面特征、3个层面价值、5层系统架构，遵循9项设计原则；机制与模式方面，可信数据空间存在6种运行机制和3类运行模式；应用领域方面，可信数据空间应用实践已拓展至制造、医疗、能源等多个领域，以及行业、城市、个人和跨境等多种类型，研究方法以案例研究法为主；问题与治理方面，现有问题集中于制度法规与标准建设、技术架构、数据与伦理、市场、主体参与等方面，治理对策覆盖制度、技术、主体协同、数据管控、伦理治理等维度；关键技术方面，数据隐私保护技术与安全保障技术是可信数据空间的两类关键技术；发展路径方面，集中于人工智能赋能、场景验证、标准推广与多元主体参与等议题。 |

| This study aims to provide reference for theoretical research and practical development of trusted data spaces by reviewing existing domestic and international research outcomes. Based on a systematic collection of literature from both home and abroad, this study employs a systematic review method to summarize research progress across six dimensions: basic theory, mechanisms and models, application domains, challenges and governance, key technologies, and development pathways. In terms of basic theory, there exist multiple definitions of trusted data spaces, and a consensus has yet to be reached. They are generally characterized by six key features,deliver value at three levels, follow a five-layer system architecture, and adhere to nine design principles. In terms of mechanisms and models, trusted data spaces adopt six operational mechanisms and three categories of operational models. In terms of application domains, practical applications of trusted data spaces have expanded to various sectors including manufacturing, healthcare and energy, as well as multiple types oftrusted data spaces at industrial, urban, individual and cross-border levels. Case study is adopted as the primary research method. In terms of challenges and governance, current challenges of trusted data spaces mainly lie in the construction of institutions, regulations and standards, technical architectures, data and ethical risks, market operation, and stakeholder participation. Governance strategies cover institutional arrangements, technical support, multi-party collaboration, data control, and ethical governance. In terms of key technology, data privacy preservation technologies and security assurance technologies constitute the two categories of core technologies for trusted data spaces. In terms of development path, Researches focus on AI empowerment, scenario validation, standard promotion, and multi-stakeholder participation. |
