      鉴于大语言模型与多智能体强大的自然语言理解及复杂任务处理能力,探索其在图书馆学科服务领域的应用,对于推动学科服务智慧化转型具有重要意义。首先,提出一种基于大语言模型的图书馆学科服务多智能体技术框架,该框架由用户交互模块、协调控制模块、数据采集模块、分析处理模块、结果生成模块以及知识增强模块组成,同时梳理学科服务多智能体构建流程;其次,基于学科服务应用场景,阐述学科服务多智能体的4 个主要类型,包括情报分析型智能体、咨询问答型智能体、科研辅助型智能体及教学支持型智能体;最后,依托Coze应用开发平台搭建情报分析型智能体,并采用对比分析法对其进行系统性评估。本研究结合理论与实践,为图书馆学科服务智慧化发展提供了新的研究思路与切实可行的技术路径。

      Construction and Application of Multi-Agent Systems for Library Subject Services Based on Large Language ModelsGiven the powerful natural language understanding and complex task processing capabilities of large language models and multi-agent systems, exploring their application in library subject services is of great significance for promoting the intelligent transformation of subject services. First, a multiagent technical framework for library subject services based on large language models is proposed. This framework consists of user interaction, coordination control, data collection, analysis processing, result generation, and knowledge enhancement modules. The construction process of multi-agent systems for subject services is also outlined. Second, based on the application scenarios of subject services, four main types of subject service multi-agent are described, including intelligence analysis agent, reference inquiry agent, research assistance agent, and teaching support agent. Finally, this study conducts an intelligence analysis agent on the Coze platform and employs a comparative analysis approach for its systematic evaluation. Combining theory and practice, this study offers innovative research ideas and feasible technical pathways for the intelligent development of library subject services.
