      在场景时代的背景下,以用户需求为中心的场景服务特征愈加显现。构建未成年人健康信息服务场景,能够进一步提升公共图书馆未成年人健康信息服务的质量效能,促进图书馆的转型发展,并为未成年人的健康发展提供更为精准多元的支持与保障,提高未成年人健康素养与健康水平。本研究以场景理论为指导,对健康信息服务的各要素进行分析,构建未成年人健康信息服务五维要素模型。基于此提出服务的实现进路,即在用户需求、空间环境、资源保障、活动体验、技术数据的协同下构建服务生态与运行机制,实现服务的精准适配、沉浸体验、智慧泛在,促进未成年人健康信息服务水平与效果的整体提升。
英文摘要:
      In the context of the scene era, the characteristics of scenario service centered on user needs are becoming more and more apparent. The construction of minors’ health information service scenarios can further enhance the quality and effectiveness of minors’ health information service in public libraries and promote the transformation and development of libraries. It also provides more accurate and diversified support and guarantee for minors’ healthy development, and improves minors’ health literacy and health level. Guided by scene theory, this study analyzes the key elements of health information services and constructs a five-dimensional model for minors’ health information services. Based on this, we propose an implementation approach for the service. This involves building service ecosystem and operational mechanism through the synergy of user needs, spatial environment, resource support, activity experience,and technical data. This approach aims to achieve precise service adaptation, immersive experience, and intelligent ubiquity, thereby promoting the overall enhancement of the level and effectiveness of health information services for minors.
