| 人工智能生成内容（Artificial Intelligence Generated Content，AIGC）技术的应用为公共图书馆老年人的健康信息服务带来了新的机遇与挑战。本研究通过网络调研与文献分析，梳理当前公共图书馆健康信息服务困境，结合信息生态理论构建AIGC视域下公共图书馆老年人健康信息服务模式的框架并提出推进策略。研究认为，该服务模式的落地与优化依赖宏观政策导向、中观行业推动以及微观服务设计等多层次联动机制。宏观层面，应加强政策引导与制度保障；中观层面，须推动图书馆行业技术融合与服务模式转型；微观层面，须进一步丰富服务供给，开发适配性强、易用性高的适老化AIGC交互界面与终端，打通适老化服务“最后一公里”。 |

| The application of AIGC technology brings new opportunities and challenges to health information services for the elderly in public libraries.This study employs online research and literature analysis to identify the current challenges in health information services provided by public libraries.Based on the information ecology theory, it constructs a framework for health information services for the elderly in public libraries from the perspective of AIGC and proposes corresponding advancement strategies. The study argues that the implementation and optimization of this service mode rely on a multilevel coordination mechanism involving macro policy guidance, meso industry promotion, and micro service design. At the macro level, policy guidance and institutional safeguard should be strengthened; at the meso level, it is essential to promote technological integration and service mode transformation within the library sector; at the micro level, it is necessary to further enrich service offerings, develop highly adaptable and user-friendly age-friendly interactive interfaces and terminals, and bridge the last mile of age-friendly services. |
