社会资本各要素的合理建设与协调对于跨学科科研团队合作效率有重要影响,从社会资本视角探索跨学科科研团队合作效率的影响因素及其组态路径,有助于阐明社会资本各维度与团队效率的复杂关系,揭示因素间的协同机制,为团队优化资源配置与提升合作效率提供理论依据与实践参考。基于社会资本三维框架,结合相关文献构建社会资本视角下的跨学科科研团队合作效率影响因素模型,面向跨学科科研团队成员开展问卷调查,采用结构方程模型与模糊集定性比较分析方法对数据及模型进行验证分析。研究发现,结构维的网络配置、社会交互,以及关系维的信任、合作规范均对跨学科科研团队合作效率有显著正向影响,而认知维的共同愿景、共同语言的作用不显著。该研究识别了影响因素的3种组态路径:异质交互型表明,团队成员知识异质性高、交流充分,有助于提升合作效率;目标合力型表明,团队成员交流强度高、相互信任、具有较高的认知一致性,有助于提升合作效率;异质规范型表明,在团队成员知识异质性高的条件下,团队注重制度规范,可保障合作效率。 |

The rational construction and coordination of various elements of social capital have significant impact on the interdisciplinary research team collaboration efficiency. Exploring the influencing factors and configuration paths of interdisciplinary research team collaboration efficiency from the perspective of social capital can help clarify the complex relationship between various dimensions of social capital and team efficiency, reveal the collaborative mechanism, and provide theoretical basis and practical reference for optimizing resource allocation and improving collaboration efficiency. Based on a threedimensional framework of social capital, combined with relevant literature, a model of factors affecting interdisciplinary research team collaboration efficiency from the perspective of social capital is constructed. A questionnaire survey is conducted among interdisciplinary research team members, and a mixed analysis method of SEM and fsQCA is used to verify and analyze the data and model. Research has found that network configuration and social interaction in the structural dimension, as well as trust and collaboration norm in the relational dimension, have significant positive impact on the interdisciplinary research team collaboration efficiency, while the role of shared vision and language in the cognitive dimension is not significant. It identifies three configuration paths of influencing factors. Heterogeneous interaction type indicates that high knowledge heterogeneity and sufficient communication contribute to improving collaboration efficiency. Goal synergy type indicates that high communication intensity, mutual trust, and high cognitive consistency contribute to improving collaboration efficiency. Heterogeneity normative type indicates that under the condition of high knowledge heterogeneity among team members, the team can ensure collaboration efficiency by focusing on institutional norms. |
