      信息的高速生产和算法推荐机制共同引发了普遍的信息焦虑问题。基于对中国知网与Web ofScience数据库中2013—2024年发表的95篇相关文献的梳理与分析,构建出信息焦虑研究的分析框架,系统揭示研究现状与发展趋势。研究发现,信息焦虑的表现可归纳为4个维度:信息属性焦虑、信息获取与处理焦虑、信息主体能力焦虑以及信息环境焦虑;其影响涵盖个体、社会与群体、行业与技术应用3个层面;在成因与干预策略方面,可从信息、信息人、信息环境和信息技术4个维度展开分析。基于此,进一步总结了当前研究的主要特征,并提出未来研究方向,包括深化成因研究、关注广泛社会群体信息需求、加强干预策略的实证研究,旨在为后续国内外相关研究提供相关参考。
英文摘要:
      The rapid proliferation of information and the pervasive use of algorithmic recommendation systems have intensified widespread information anxiety. Drawing on a systematic review of 95 studies published between 2013 and 2024 in the CNKI and Web of Science databases, this paper develops an analytical framework for information anxiety research and delineates its current status and emerging trends. It identifies four core dimensions of information anxiety—concerns about information attributes, difficulties in information acquisition and processing, unease regarding individuals’ information-related competencies, and pressures arising from the information environment. The paper further categorizes the impacts of information anxiety at the individual, social or group, and industry or technological application levels, and examines its antecedents and intervention strategies across the domains of information content, information actors, information environments, and information technologies. Finally, it synthesizes the main characteristics of existing research and proposes future directions, such as deepening exploration of causal mechanisms, addressing the information needs of diverse social groups, and strengthening empirical evaluation of intervention strategies, with the aim of guiding subsequent domestic and international studies of information anxiety.
