      研究短视频平台健康信息说服的形成路径,有助于提升短视频平台健康信息在个体健康管理与决策中的效用。基于精细加工可能性模型(Elaboration Likelihood Model,ELM),从信息特征和个体特征出发,运用扎根理论和模糊集定性比较分析方法探索短视频平台健康信息说服的关键影响因素并分析其组态路径。结果表明,信息质量、来源可信度、呈现质量、同侪影响、健康意识、健康素养、自我效能是影响短视频平台健康信息说服的关键因素。组态分析进一步揭示了3条驱动短视频平台健康信息说服的路径:信息质量支持下的健康素养驱动型、信息质量和同侪影响双元驱动型、呈现质量支持下的自我效能驱动型。
英文摘要:
      Unveiling the pathways through which health information on short-video platforms exerts persuasive effects can enhance the utility of such resources in individual health management and decision-making. Grounded in the elaboration likelihood model (ELM), this study identifies key factors influencing the persuasion of health information on short-video platforms and their configuration pathways by analyzing information characteristics and individual traits through grounded theory and fsQCA.The findings reveal that information quality, source credibility, presentation quality, peer influence, health awareness, health literacy, and self-efficacy are the primary factors affecting persuasion. Configuration analysis shows that there are three pathways driving the persuasion of health information on short-video platforms: health literacy and information quality-driven, information quality and peer influence-driven, and self-efficacy and presentation quality-driven.
