      参考美国国立医学图书馆编制的《医学主题词表》和国际农业生物科学中心(CABI)编制的《CABI叙词表》等国内外系统的顶层本体体系,结合《中国图书馆分类法》、国家标准《学科分类与代码》的学科分类体系,从生物学对象和过程两个维度,初步构建生物学领域顶层实体和属性的知识组织网格。知识组织网格以二维网格形式描述了生物学领域对象实体和语义属性类概念的学科分类,简明直观地反映了各概念的多学科属性,为《汉语主题词表》编研过程中的学科分类属性编制提供参考。此外,基于顶层实体和属性框架,知识组织网格能够为生物学领域主题概念提供直观的领域内学科分类判定,对概念遴选有参考意义。研究成果在《汉语主题词表(生物医学农业卷)》编制过程中得到应用,在其他方向上可根据需要进一步细化使用。
英文摘要:
      This study refers to the top-level ontology systems of domestic and foreign systems such as MeSH compiled by National Library of Medicine and CABI Thesaurus compiled by Centre for Agricultural Bioscience International, and combines the disciplinary classification systems of Chinese Library Classification and Classification and Code of Disciplines. It initially constructs a knowledge organization grid of top-level entities and attributes in the field of biology from the two dimensions of biological objects and processes. The knowledge organization grid describes the disciplinary classification of object entities and semantic attribute class concepts in the field of biology in the form of a two-dimensional grid, reflecting the multidisciplinary attributes of each conceptconcisely and intuitively, and providing a reference for the compilation of disciplinary classification attributes in the process of compiling and researching the Chinese Thesaurus. The knowledge organization grid can provide intuitive disciplinary classification determination within the biological field for thematic concepts based on the top-level entity and attribute framework, which is of reference significance for concept selection. This research is applied in the compilation process of the Chinese Thesaurus (Biology Medicine Agriculture Volume), and its application in other directions can be further refined as needed.
