| 推动基础研究成果向产业转化是发挥基础研究价值的根本途径，而准确识别和预测基础研究成果转化路径是其重要前提。构建知识关联视角下的基础研究成果转化路径识别及预测方法框架，该方法聚焦“基础研究—应用研究—技术开发—产业应用”知识关联，融合多源信息数据、多种情报分析方法构建知识关联网络，识别基础研究成果转化路径并分析其特征，对可能生成的路径进行预测与评价，揭示基础研究成果转化现状与未来趋势。在此基础上，以工业机器人领域为例进行实证应用。研究结果表明，从微观知识关联视角揭示基础研究成果转化路径具有有效性和可行性，可为破解当前基础研究成果转化难题提供新视角与新方法。 |

| Promoting the transformation of basic research achievements into industry is the fundamental way to play the value of basic research, and accurately identifying and predicting the transformation path of basic research achievements is an important premise. This paper first constructs a framework for identifying and predicting the transformation path of basic research achievements from the perspective of knowledge association. This method focuses on the knowledge association of “basic research–application research–technology development–industrial application”, integrates multi-source information data and a variety of intelligence analysis methods to build a knowledge association network, identifies the transformation path of basic research achievements and analyzes its characteristics, predicts and evaluates the possible paths, and reveals the current situation and future trend of the transformation of basic research achievements. On this basis, the industrial robot field is taken as an example for empirical application. The research results indicate that it is effective and feasible to reveal the transformation path of basic research achievements from the perspective of micro knowledge association, which can provide a new perspective and method for solving the current problems of basic research achievements transformation. |
