| 在分析定性比较分析（Qualitative Comparative Analysis，QCA）方法发展历程与应用现状的基础上，采用文献调查和内容分析法，对信息资源管理领域中应用QCA方法的相关文献进行编码，剖析QCA方法在信息资源管理研究中能够有效解决的问题类型，包括探究引致某一信息行为的多重路径及作用机理，识别产生某一信息结果的核心条件或关键要素，挖掘触发某一信息动机的多种组态模式等。指出QCA方法在信息资源管理研究中的应用优势及价值体现，以期推动我国信息资源管理学科研究方法的革新和学术水平的提升。 |

| Based on the analysis of the development process and application status of qualitative comparative analysis (QCA) method, this paper uses literature survey and content analysis method to code the relevant literature that applies QCA method in the field of information resource management, and analyzes the types of problems that QCA method can effectively solve in information resource management research, including exploring the multiple paths and mechanisms that lead to a certain information behavior, identifying the core conditions or key elements that produce a certain information result, and mining multiple configuration modes that contribute to a certain information motivation. The advantages and value of QCA method in the research of information resource management are pointed out, in order to promote the innovation of research methods and the improvement of academic level of information resource management in China. |
