      在应急管理期间,联合采访中馆配商的中文图书线下采选模式受到严重阻碍,而云馆配采访模式存在平台不统一、查重不便、新书发布不及时等问题。为解决当前采访线下受阻和线上平台不统一等问题,构建以中国高等教育文献保障系统为主体的馆配商协同采访平台。通过分析联合采访和云馆配采访的模式与现状,提出馆配商协同采访模式,构建协同采访平台的系统架构和功能,剖析协同采访的服务特性:馆配商助力采访、统一规范,成员馆守正创新、协同采访,出版社全面覆盖、多元采访。馆配商协同采访平台的建设将进一步提高图书馆的采访效率,促进馆配商、成员馆和出版社之间的高度融合。
英文摘要:
      In the period of emergency management, the offline selection mode of Chinese library allocation in joint acquisition has been severely hindered, while the cloud library allocation mode has problems such as inconsistent platforms, inconvenient checking, and delayed release of new books. In order to solve the current problems of offline obstacles in joint acquisition and the disunity of online platforms, we build a collaborative acquisition platform for library allocation based on China Academic Library & Information System. By analyzing the mode and operating status of the joint acquisition and cloud library allocation acquisition, we put forward the mode of the collaborative acquisition, build the system architecture and function of the collaborative acquisition platform, and analyze the service characteristics of the collaborative acquisition. Library allocations help the acquisition and unify standards; member libraries adhere to the innovation and carry out collaborative acquisitions; publishing houses should achieve full coverage and multiple acquisitions. The construction of a collaborative acquisition platform for library allocations will improve the efficiency of the acquisition of libraries and promote a high degree of integration among library allocations, member libraries, and publishing houses.
