| 为解决当前科技期刊知识服务面临的数据资源有限、开放机制缺失、商业模式单一、安全保护失范等问题，本研究引入区块链技术，深入挖掘其去中心化、共识机制、智能合约、加密算法等关键技术特征，构建科技期刊知识服务平台模型，具体分为基础设施层、网络层、数据与资源层、共识与合约层、交易与服务层等。理想状态下该平台模型可以有效提高知识资源开发与利用效率，带动知识服务总体质量和科技期刊发展水平的提升。 |

| In order to solve the current problems of limited data resources, lack of open mechanism, single business model and inefficient security
protection of Chinese scientific journals’ knowledge services, the paper introduces blockchain technology and deeply explores its key technical features, such as decentralization, consensus mechanism, smart contracts, encryption algorithm. Using blockchain technologies to build a knowledge service platform model for scientific journals, and it can be divided into infrastructure layer, network layer, data and resource layer, consensus and contract layer, and transaction and service layer. The model can improve the efficiency of the development and utilization of knowledge resources, and drive up the overall quality of knowledge services and the development level of scientific journals. |
