高校图书馆能依靠丰富的资源储备和专业的信息技能开展基于多源数据的学者评价服务,助力高校人才流通和科研创新。本文利用网站调研法和案例分析法,梳理美国匹兹堡大学图书馆开展的学者评价服务的数据来源,并论述其学者评价服务的三大特点。在借鉴其服务经验的基础上,提出我国高校图书馆应从多主体合作开展服务、提升服务的全面性和实用性、提供面向不同需求的定制化服务等方面提升学者评价服务水平。 |

University libraries can rely on rich resource reserves and professional information skills to carry out scholar evaluation service based on multi-source data, helping college talent circulation and scientific research innovation. Using the method of website research and case analysis, this paper sorts out the data sources of the scholar evaluation service carried out by the University of Pittsburgh Library System, and discusses the three characteristics of its scholar evaluation service. On the basis of learning from its service experience, this paper proposes that Chinese university libraries should improve the service level of scholars’ evaluation service from the aspects of multi-subject cooperation, improving the comprehensiveness and practicability of service, providing customized service for different needs, and optimizing technical means. |
