| 高校图书馆开展专利信息服务既是国家实施创新驱动发展战略、进一步推进“大众创业、万众创新”深入发展的现实需要，也是图书馆实现转型升级的必然选择。本文首先梳理国内高校图书馆专利信息服务研究现状，分析存在的问题；其次深入分析高校科研创新、产业技术研发、师生创新创业、政府决策咨询中专利信息需求特点；最后结合近年来深圳大学知识产权信息服务中心针对不同创新主体的个性化服务实践，构建用户需求导向的专利信息服务体系，并提出完善服务流程、提升自身专利服务能力等发展策略。 |

| The development of patent information service in university library is not only the practical need of the national innovation driven development strategy and the in-depth development of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”, but also the inevitable choice of library transformation and upgrading. Firstly, it combs the research status of patent information service in domestic university libraries and analyzes the existing problems. Secondly, it analyzes the characteristics of patent information requirements in technological innovation, industrial innovation and the innovation and entrepreneurship. Lastly, builds a requirements oriented patent information service system, combined with the practice of personalized information services from the Patent Information Service Center of Shenzhen University in recent years, and puts forward some development strategies, such as perfecting the service procedure, and methods, improving patent service ability. |
