| 本研究系统调研了国际知名高校图书馆数据可视化岗位设置现状,旨在揭示其职业特征与能力要求,为我国相关岗位体系建设提供参考。本研究采用网站调查与内容分析法,以2025年QS世界大学排名前列的22所高校的图书馆及另外6所代表性高校图书馆为样本,从岗位名称、职责范畴与人员背景特征3个维度展开调查。研究发现,数据可视化岗位职责涵盖数据分析、技术应用、用户教育培训及跨学科协作等领域。高校图书馆普遍重视候选人的高等教育背景、复合型专业能力以及在数据相关领域的实践经验。基于上述发现,本研究进一步从岗位体系分层设计、核心能力框架构建、服务内涵深化以及协同机制建设等方面,为我国高校图书馆发展数据可视化服务提出针对性建议。 |

| This study systematically investigates the current landscape of data visualization positions in internationally renowned university libraries,aiming to reveal their professional characteristics and competency requirements, and to provide insights for the development of related position systems in China. Using website surveys and content analysis, this study examines 28 university libraries, including 22 from the top-tier 2025 QS World University Rankings and 6 additional representative institutions, focusing on three dimensions: the titles, responsibilities, and personnel background characteristics of data visualization positions. The findings indicate that the responsibilities of data visualization professionals encompass multiple domains, including data analysis,technology application, user education and training, and interdisciplinary collaboration. University libraries generally place a high value on candidates with advanced educational backgrounds, multidisciplinary professional competencies, and practial experience in data-related fields. Based on these findings, this paper proposes targeted recommendations for the development of data visualization services in Chinese university libraries, focusing on the hierarchical design of position systems, the construction of a core competency framework, the deepening of service content, and the enhancement of collaborative mechanisms. |
