| 深入探究有组织科研范式下哲学社会科学科研人员合作意愿影响因素,对精准匹配科研人员需求与国家战略目标、打破跨学科协作壁垒、调动科研人员合作积极性,以及为构建哲学社会科学有组织科研生态提供理论支撑与实践路径具有重要意义。本研究基于计划行为理论、价值共创理论和社会交换理论,梳理并设计9个潜在的有组织科研影响因素,以哲学社会科学领域内科研人员填写的746份调查问卷为数据基础,采用Logit-ISM模型来界定有组织科研范式下哲学社会科学科研人员合作意愿的影响因素及其层次结构。有序Logit回归分析显示,合作效益、成果公平性、信任与风险、成本收益权衡、多主体协作、资源共享整合、激励机制对有组织科研范式下哲学社会科学科研人员合作意愿具有显著影响。ISM模型进一步揭示,资源共享整合为表层直接驱动因素,多主体协作、合作效益、激励机制为中层间接影响因素,成果公平性、信任与风险、成本收益权衡为深层根源因素。 |

| Exploring the factors influencing researchers' willingness to engage in cooperation within philosophy and social sciences under the organized scientific research paradigm holds significant value. It enables the accurate alignment of researchers' needs with national strategic goals, breaks down interdisciplinary collaboration barriers, enhances researchers' motivational levels for cooperation, and provides theoretical support and practical pathways for constructing an organized scientific research ecosystem in philosophy and social sciences. Based on the theory of planned behavior, value co-creation theory, and social exchange theory, this study identifies and designs nine potential factors influencing organized scientific research. Drawing on 746 valid questionnaires completed by researchers in philosophy and social sciences as the data foundation, the combined Logit-ISM model is employed to systematically clarify the core influencing factors and their hierarchical structure regarding researchers' cooperative willingness in organized scientific research in philosophy and social sciences. Ordered Logit regression analysis reveals that seven factors exert a significantly positive impact on researchers' cooperative willingness—specifically, cooperative benefit, fairness of outcomes, trust and risk, cost-benefit trade-off, inter-organizational collaboration, resource sharing and integration, and incentive mechanism. Further analysis via the ISM indicates a distinct three-level hierarchical structure among these factors: resource sharing and integration functions as surface-level direct driving factor; inter-organizational collaboration, cooperative benefit, and incentive mechanism serve as middle-level mediating factors; and fairness of outcomes, trust and risk, and cost-benefit trade-off constitute deep-seated root factors. |
