| 生成式AI的快速发展给图书馆数字包容服务带来新的机遇，DeepSeek作为生成式AI的标杆，凭借其卓越性能和广泛应用潜力，将深度驱动图书馆数字包容服务创新发展。本研究以DeepSeek为例，综合运用场景分析法和理论构建法，从技术原理、应用场景、实施路径等方面探讨生成式AI如何驱动图书馆数字包容服务创新。在分析DeepSeek技术原理与图书馆数字包容服务映射关系的基础上，构建智能化资源检索、层级化素养教育、弱势群体无障碍、文化资源全民共享等图书馆数字包容服务应用场景，并基于社会技术系统理论构建资源重构、伦理治理、服务优化和人才协同的实施路径框架，为图书馆数字包容服务创新提供理论借鉴和实践参考。 |

| The rapid advancement of generative AI presents new opportunities for library digital inclusion services. DeepSeek, as a benchmark of generative AI, will drive digital inclusion services innovation in libraries by its outstanding performance and extensive application potential. Taking DeepSeek as a case, this study applies scenario analysis and theoretical modeling to examine how generative AI drives innovation in library digital inclusion services across technical principles, application scenarios, and implementation pathways. Building on the analysis of DeepSeek’s technological principles and their alignment with library digital inclusion services, the study constructs application scenarios including intelligent resource retrieval, hierarchical literacy education, accessibility for disadvantaged groups, and universal sharing of cultural resources. Based on the theory of social-technical systems, an implementation path framework integrating resource reconfiguration, ethical governance, service optimization, and talent collaboration is constructed, providing theoretical inspiration and practical reference for digital inclusion services innovation in libraries. |
