| 本文旨在对美国开放科学动态聚合研讨会的核心内容与成果进行介绍和评述。会议在美国即时开放获取政策推动下召开，由美国非营利组织开放研究社区加速器（ORCA）主办，美国国家科学基金会（NSF）和美国国家航空航天局（NASA）等参与，聚焦参与、协作、加速三大主题，通过论坛、研讨会等形式搭建全球交流平台，提出“冠军计划”等行动倡议，推动开放科学的深入发展。本文以本次会议为切入点，介绍了美国及全球的开放科学发展情况及具体行动路径，分析了以科研社群为关键力量的美国开放科学的发展对全球的影响及推进策略，结合本次会议在政策完善、全球协作、技术创新、培训与教育等行动方向上的建议指南，列举了开放科学在全球范围内的成功案例，并对其显著效果进行分析，以助力会议建议及措施的落地。基于本次会议以及全球开放科学视角，分析了我国开放科学发展情况，对比中美差异，为我国的开放科学发展提出针对性建议，以推动我国开放科学融入全球生态。 |

| This article introduces and evaluates the core content and outcomes of the United States Open Science Dynamic Convergence Workshop. Held amid the push of immediate open access policies in the United States, the workshop is sponsored by the National Science Foundation, NASA, Open Research Community Accelerator, and private foundations. Centered on the main themes of engagement, coordination, and acceleration, it fosters global dialogue through forums and workshops, proposing initiatives like the Open Science Champions Program to advance open science. Using the summit as a springboard, the article outlines the development and action pathways of open science in the United States and globally, analyzing the global impact and strategies of open science development in the United States driven by research communities. It integrates the summit’s recommendations on policy enhancement, global collaboration, technological innovation, and training, while showcasing successful global open science cases and their significnt effects to support the implementation of proposed measures. Drawing on the summit and a global perspective, the article examines China’s open science landscape, compares it with the United States, and offers tailored recommendations to open science development in China, so as to integrate China’s open science into the global ecosystem. |
