| 本文介绍了国家数字资源长期保存体系整体建设进展情况，包括建立合理平衡的长期保存权益管理制度，形成国家主导、联合参与、可靠管理和公共服务的长期保存体系，建立可靠高效的长期保存技术流程和技术系统，提出公共保存审计和保存机构认证机制，已经保存了一大批重要的科技数字文献资源，为我国数字知识内容资源的长期保存奠定了坚实基础。 |

| This article introduces the overall progress of the national digital preservation program, including establishing a reasonable and balanced long-term preservation rights management mechanism, forming a preservation network with highlight characters of national-led, joint participation, reliable management and public services, developing a reliable and efficient preservation technical process and platform, proposing audit and certification mechanism, and archiving many important scientific and technological digital document resources. NDPP has laid a solid foundation for digital preservation of knowledge content resources in China. |
