| 文章简要介绍合作专利分类系统（C P C）的产生、沿革和分类系统的构成。对比世界知识产权组织使用的国际专利分类系统（IPC）、美国专利商标局使用的美国专利分类系统（USPC）、欧洲专利局使用的欧洲专利分类系统（ECLA/ICO）、日本专利局使用的日本专利分类系统（FI/F-Term），突出合作专利分类系统的特点和特征，合作专利分类在及时性、灵活性和兼容性方面具有很强的优越性。 |

| The paper introduces the production, development and configuration of Cooperation Patent Classification System (CPC), compared with the International Patent Classification (IPC), United States Patent Classification (USPC), European Classification/In Computer Only (ECLA/ICO) and File Index/File Forming Term (FI/F-Term). Cooperation Patent Classification System highlights the features and Cooperation Patent Classification (CPC) in a timely manner, flexibility, compatibility with the existing mainstream patent classification system, which has strong advantage. |
