| 文章对科技期刊论文的研究现状进行分析，提出应具有独立性、精确性、完整性和客观性的特点，并从内容、结构与形式、表达方式三个方面对现存问题进行分析，从客观性和主观性两个方面提出了规范化的建议。 |

| To analyze the situation of the abstracts of scientific papers, and to put forward the characteristics of abstracts:independence, accuracy, integrity and objectivity. The problems about abstracts are discussed from three aspects:the content, structure and form and ways of expression. Suggestions on standardization of abstracts come from two aspects:objectivity and subjectivity. |
