针对文献数据库平台服务相较单调,用户粘度弱的现状,以传统个性化服务模式及国外知名平台与社会化书签、文献管理工具结合的成功模式为例,阐述一些可行的人性化服务模式发展方向,及其对平台功能改善、对用户科研工作的价值,认为这将是提高文献数据库平台核心竞争力的有效方法。 |

This paper exemplifies the traditional models of personalized service and a few models which combining foreign well-known database platform with social bookmarks and reference managers,expatiates the development of some feasible humanized service models, the impact on the improvement of the platform,and the value to users' scientific research activities. This will help to ameliorate the status quo that document database platform service is kind of monotonous and users' viscosity is weak,further more,will be a good way to enhance the core competence of the document database platform. |
